In simple terms, a gacha vendor is simply a fancy way of saying random vendor. This means that all of the items you see on the vendor pic are some of the options that are loaded up into the vendor. Each time you pay the vendor, you'll receive one of those items. How the items are given out is completely and totally random to make it more interesting and fun.

The gacha in usage in Treasured Cove takes this concept a bit further too. We offer up loyalty rewards to shoppers for using it, so you can earn store credit for using it. Plus, the items are redeliverable via the redelivery terminal as well in case you need to get it again. Additionally, this script allows us to set items that are rare, super rare and ultra rare. This simply means that the chances of winning them are smaller than common items.

The script that is included in the Gacha pack we have for sale is a very basic script though. This only allows you to randomly sell items and does not include the ability to set rare items, and all items have an equal chance of being purchased. If you need a more advanced script, your best option is to search the Second Life Marketplace.
